Wish lists, Pre-Orders, Special Orders & Bulk Orders:

Wishlists:
Our shopping cart has a wishlist option which can be used to assemble an order and email that order to friends and family. Once the order is emailed out, your friends and family can click the link to purchase and have that order pre-populated for them. This option is subject to item availability. The items which are out of stock will be automatically removed from the order.

Pre-Orders:
We do offer Pre-Orders on some items via the website and we can also accept pre-orders via telephone (1+215-291-4434). A pre-ordered item is something that will likely come in on a scheduled basis and will be part of our normal order cycle or something that we can add on to an existing order. Pre-ordered items must be paid for in advance. We will then provide you with an estimated time of delivery and the total cost.

Special Orders & Bulk Orders:

Special Orders and Bulk Orders are one off type orders where a customer needs something very specific, in specific quantities and within a defined period of time (usually yesterday). We have serviced many large companies with bulk orders for various reasons. We have the contacts and the ability to turn these orders around very quickly providing that our suppliers have the items available to ship. Once we have determined that the items are avaible, we must collect payment in advance. Once we receive the items, we will calcualte the shipping charges and run it as a separate transaction. These orders fall outside of normal web sales. Special Orders and Bulk Orders are subject to higher shipping charges, a minimum dollar amount ($900 plus) and a minimum quantity of individual items (20 of item # 14444, 50 of item # 55555, etc).
